Who We Are

The Northwest Chapter of Safari Club International is a member-based organization committed to protecting hunting rights and promoting wildlife conservation globally. Members participate in regular events for networking, volunteering, and fundraising to support local conservation initiatives.
Our mission focuses on four key areas:
-
Advocate: Since 2000, Safari Club International has invested $140 million in policy advocacy, litigation, and education to safeguard hunting for future generations.
-
Connect: Membership provides access to a global network of 50,000 individuals, including over 170 Chapters with Local events and volunteer opportunities.
-
Educate: SCI National and the Northwest Chapter offer publications and newsletters to keep members informed about events, legislative actions, and hunting experiences.
-
Represent: Members uphold ethical hunting standards and contribute to conservation and humanitarian efforts worldwide.
The Northwest Chapter collaborates with SCI National, employing staff and volunteers to defend hunting rights through legislative and legal channels. SCI operates at federal and state levels, funded by local chapters, and serves as a leading advocate for hunters in the United States and internationally.
